If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return Eligibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the nature of botanical products, herbal teas, capsules, dried herbs, and other natural products, we can only accept returns if the product is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging cannot be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non-Returnable Items<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened herbal products, teas, capsules, powders, or dried botanicals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damaged or Incorrect Orders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product.
