Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of botanical products, herbal teas, capsules, dried herbs, and other natural products, we can only accept returns if the product is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened herbal products, teas, capsules, powders, or dried botanicals.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and postal service delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal carriers.
